Does it double the damage from poison as well? Im thinking about making a stealth orc that uses poisons.

i dont think it does but if you want to increase the potency of your potions then increase you alchemy skill by sampling ingredients to find out what they do and mixing random things

Damn. I thought since poison is applied via physical damage it might count as such.

nope, like the damage from a weapon's enchantment it isn't affected by the Orc racial ability.
