Yngol Barrow how do you open the last gate to exit?

hello i am level 36 recently entered this place and have tried to look up why this gate at the end of the dungeon will not open, ive only been able to see videos that show the original skyrim were they have a skeleton at the end that you can take the helmet off it would open the gate (also note that the helm you get is called "Helm of Yngol" which looks different and has enchanted stats) and one that was special edition, it seems they have changed the boss at the end to a "Draugr Death Overlord" and the helms name is "Helm of Winterhold" with just defense stats. i even tried to lift the boss back into the chair to see if that would work but couldnt really get him over the chair lol also mention the button near the front of that room wont let me interact with it =/ no clue
