I seem to have lost my eyes
I started a new game recently, with an ungodly amount of mods (of course), and everything seems to be working fine, Except one thing. The cart at the beginning keep jostling around, and I can't see my characters eyes. I'm more worried about the eye thing.
It's only my eyes as well, everyone else I've seen looks totally normal. It's like my eyes are sunk really far back into my head. And I can't tell what mod might be causing it, so I was hoping that maybe someone had run into the same issue and could help me narrow the search.

**Edit**
I should mention that the glitch only seems to happen on Human and Elvish characters. Khajit and Argonian models look normal. I have modded those two specifically, So I assume that would be why.

Any help is appreciated.

The cart thing is probably due to your framerate being too high.

There´s also a bunch of mods, such as Touring Wagons, that can make them bug out.
Best work-around is to use Live another Life-mod.
For the eye-thing, it could possibly be a bug, there´s an eye-bug fix on nexus, try that and see if it helps.

Ah, I just discovered that was the problem. Thank you. I suppose my question then becomes, is there a way to get Racemenu to work?

+1
Newest racemenu has a bug causing this, Something about a settings change in ini or something. Search the forum here, just a day so ago answer came from a redit post.
