load order for SOS glitch from LL

[Silent Protagonist]

i am having a reoccurring issue on the SOS v1.03 to work correctly and keep getting the cod piece outline (and or the rare nude guard in helgen just after character creation) and i cant seem to pin point the problem and find out where i am going wrong or how to fix it.
