Mod to nerf archery?
Getting literally 1 shot by bandits just isn't fun. Can someone recommend a mod that just cuts archery damage in like half or something, so enemies with all the archery talents aren't wtfbroken and I can enjoy not having to be basically godmoded with enchanting in order to survive 1 attack from 1 enemy?

Also I love playing robes only, mage armor is one of my favourite perks in the game

Enemy archers and some other enemies in the game have the NPC perk "Extra damage" on every difficulty, ranging from level 1 bandits having the 1.5x multiplier and lvl 25+ enemies having a 2.5x damage multiplier, which kinda explains the high damage...

Also while snooping around, I found this

I found a mod, dont recall the name, but basically its a difficulty adjuster - it nerfs my damage but keeps theirs consistent (at 100%).

Since I'm a robe mage, and I guess not as UBERLEETMLGPRO360QUICKSCOPE as some of these heroes on the interwebs, "doding literally every single arrow" isn't always feasible. With the use of Simolean I can buff melee damage by 25% or so for everyone, which effectively buffs enemy melee since I'm a caster, and yet keep archery damage at manageable levels, so I pay for going in melee range, but don't just get 1 shot by everything, nor do I have to pump insane amounts of MAgicka (using Ordinator's Alteration perk tree for Energy Shield), which leads to me being barely able to survive a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bandit archery, but impervious to literally everything else, which isn't a fun challenge. With the difficulty at legendary, my dps is nerfed enough so that I still have to try, and can't just run around one shotting everything with fireballs, so with this combination of mods I've achieved my goal sort of in a roundabout way, I guess.

What I can't find a mod to fix is how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage my summoned minions are, fighting my followers and getting left behind (and staying behind, not trying to catch up or anything). What's the point of dead thrall if they just get stuck somewhere? If there's a mod that forces player summoned/reanimated pets to teleport to player location, let me know.

Not 100% sure, but I think engine limitations prevent such a mod...
Atleast after searching for a bit I did not find one, only things I did find were links to oldrim mods that have been removed from nexus

A shame. I wanna basicaly be mannimarco 2.0 using a skeleton army but its been such a broken, dysfunctional playthrough, and winds up with me being forced to do it all myself with destruction spells, which defeats the point of a conjuration centric build.

Should have said that sooner, no, Undeath does not fix the summon issue, but it does make it alot more enjoyable and doable

There is no real way around it, other than some massive overhaul mod, but I dont know about those.

ok thanks i'll give these a shot. At least for the destruction angle Shadow Spell Package is neat.

I don't actually know how to clean mods, so I hope it runs well.

Just ignore the page telling you about the scyre fix and classical lichdom, as they are irrelevant and classical does not exist

TLDR: The page tells you a list of stuff to delete from the mod, it's extremely simple

Why yes, you should, uhh, install SSEdit instead, as it is up-to-date currently

Does the mod not work without all this work? I honestly prefer to just play completed mods if possible. I don't understand much in the way of programming and coding.

It does work, but it might break some things.

Apparently I've had undeath installed all along, but never noticed it. Like nothing in it has ever shown up in game lol.

I think I had an issue with Dremoras refusing to spawn when I tried to conjure them and cleaning the mod fixed it
