I have no clue where they went. Anyone got a solution?

Did you havwe a dragon attack? They can die.

Yeah but they were both alive after the attack. I just fast traveled there one day and poof, gone

Cutting room floor is currently the only mod that effects the ways NPC's behave. Plus they were there before, it's most likely a game bug as sigrid did eventually reappear but alvor did not.

Open the console with Tilde (`) and (without quotation marks) type "prid 00013482" then "moveto player" and if he is dead, enter "resurrect" to bring him back.
