Game Freeze during "Diplomatic immunity" when boarding carriage (party invite quest)

When I talk to delphine and she gives me the party invite and clothes, she then takes my items and the game freezes/CTD.
Tried turning off all autosave features as I heard that sometimes causes it but didn't work.
Any one else experienced this and have any help?

Running only ~10 mods

Checked the Wiki. Only fix I saw was to empty your inventory as much as possible into a safe chest or other storage item after you give Malborn your gear.

i cant go to the embassy like my game freezes before entering the carriage any help solving it
