Do you know any mods for more convenient quest tracking?

So, in order to know the location of a quest I gotta toggle it active via journal, and in order to find the nearest one I gotta check all of them, which is not very fast, since there are quite a lot of tasks in this game. I want a mod that puts all of the quest right on the map, without determining locations with journal first, that would be just nice.
