Viinturuth is broken
So when I first found him he was above Anga's Mill like he is always, instead of killing him I used the bend will shout on him, and fast travailed to two locations and landed at the second location after that he flew back to Anga's Mill and I was going to go kill him then so I fast traivled back to Anga's Mill, and when I get there he's not flying so I go up the hill and find the mound and he's in it undergroung saying stuff, so I try to kill him and when is HP bar hit's zero he does not die, I really need help please if anybody can.

You broke the quest. Reload a previous save.
But re-loading a savegame before the error happened was surely the first thing that came into your mind, right? RIGHT?

Now we get to hear about how the OP's last save was over 100 hours ago. :steammocking:

This is neither our fault nor our responsibility.

Man, I save like every few minutes on five separate saves. Then I have two or three for before, during, and after I do anything I class as major (questlines, big decision, etc.).

This is the way this game should be played.
Especially of you're using mods.

Saving every 5 minutes is a must and all those who don't do that deserve whatever makes their gaming experience miserable.

Depends on what you're looking for. I do a manual save when I leave a "safe" area. Then 1 quicksave at the start of a dungeon, 1 in the middle, and 1 before I leave it. The travel times and such I just eat if I die or CTD. Although my stress test was fantastic and I haven't had a single CTD with my build yet.

If you build it right, test it properly, and make sure it's functioning as advertised, you won't need to save for fear of a CTD.

It's not fear, just good practice. I've always done this, having multiple saves, ever since I was a kid and way before I even heard of mods. Now mid-30's, it's cemented into my gaming routine.

Plus you'll never know when there's:

- Power Failure
- Somebody plugs in his whatever he's using and the whole power network crashes
- Thunderstorm
- Whatever let's your computer crash

Live in constant fear all the time.

So I've finished the main story line, and I do save rather often, now the problem like I said I was having is after I used the bend will shout on him it broke him, and now he wont die I will keep trying to fix this but I don't know if I can. The reason I asked for anybody's help was to see if there was a command to kill him or something to fix this issue but it seems there is nothing so far, I thank you for your help.

Look the command up on the wiki.
