dll plugin loader

My skyrim updated and I then downgraded the game now I have binkw64.dll and bink2w64.dll. How do I install the dll plugin loader?

The update of SE uses the bink2w64.dll file. You don't need that particular file if you've downgraded the game, as far as I know.
