My Whiterun have 10-20fps

Other city like Solitude, Markarth are still have normal fps. Only Whiterun have low fps. How can i fix this problem? Here is my modlist:

That's quite the epic mod list, My computer wouldn't even run it. Skimming through the list I can't see anything that sticks out specifically, but you do have several overlapping/competing mods that may double up and hinder your performance. The best way to narrow it down would be to start from scratch, add 1 type of mod for each thing you want modded (I.E 1 grass mod, not 3... 1 weapon/armor mod not 4.. etc). Test the game with each mod addition until you find the mod that breaks the Cammel's back.

It could be a mod conflict.. or it may be that you are simply overwhelming the game with the sheer amount of mods you have installed.

If he had everywhere low FPS I would agree, however only Whiterun has a low fps.

10-20 fps totally playable with your mod list xD. Jokes aside. LOOT your best bet and check for mod patches and incompatibilities.
