Bend will ?

I am 108 lvl, all of the dragons, (I go lairs of them) are resisting my full shout
Why ?
I cannot tame, when I was lvl 60, I could tame and ride them but not anymore
Help ?

Once you have done the Dragonborn main quest there is no reason to tame them....

I'm guessing that they have some sort of resistance that increases as you go up in level, and you've hit a level were the resistance is so great that Bend Will can't take hold.

You have two options, ignore the Achievement, or start a new game and get it on a character at a lower level.

Dragons have no leveled stats. Stronger ones simply spawn as you level. The highest level one starts spawning when you're level 78.

Are you playing with any mods? In particular ones that affect dragon shouts? There's no reason you shouldn't be able to use Bend Will on dragons (outside of named ones). Are you trying to use it on dragons you already killed (the ones found at fixed locations)? I know there's a bug where you can't absorb the soul of a dragon you've already killed at the same location. Try finding a randomly spawning one and see if you can use bend will on that. Its the only thing I can figure. I can find no mention of this bug anywhere, or any relating to the Bend Will shout.

66lvl even normal "dragon" is resisting my voice, I am using full 3 words and dragon aspect 3words together

I was trying on fixed locations, I finished entire story, do they spawn on villages or somewhere else ?

They can randomly spawn in a bunch of places, but the only reliable places to encounter them is at dragon ascents or Arcwind Point. But for the achievement, you might try using the Call Dragon shout, waiting an hour to quick recharge your shout, then using Bend Will on Odahviing. If you are using all three words, and the not missing (you have to aim it at the dragon) and have no mods, it should work. If it still doesn't, no idea what to do about it.

Man I used Call dragon shout with holding, red dragon came, used to it and it still said resist your voice lol. Even dead dragons can resist it lol
