COTN - Falkreath Floating Lanterns and Torches
So I have been having this issue where I can see some floating lanterns and torches just flying in certain areas, some are in front of entrances. I have all the patches for this mod and also "Lanterns of Skyrim 2" both enabled. Started a "new game" and tested the mods by fast traveling and that is when I saw the floating torches and lanterns, I have been searching for a solution to this but there is nothing. Do you guys know a solution to this?

An exact solution? No.

But you can check what plugin is placing the lamp there with More Informative Console:

After you install that, go to the lamp in question, open the console, and click on the lamp. It should tell you from what plugin that lamp comes from, and which was the last plugin to make edits to it.

There is a change you are using a patch that places that lamp there, because it was made to be used with COTN and some other mod.

Or that you have a patch that does it correctly, and then placed another patch below it, that undoes the changes because it was made for something else, without LoS II in mind.

The patch is a setup type installation so that means I can choose what patches I can add and what not to patch out, I have at least 2 ELFX and the LoS ll that is all. Ill try using the MIC mod you have provided and well Ill see from there whats the issue.

Damn. Yeah, your best bet is to use More Informative Console, click on the lamps, write down their ID, then open your mod list in xEdit, and check what mods are touching that ID.

Then rearrange your load order so that the correct patch goes last.

Worst case scenario, you have 2 options:

A) Open the console, click on the offending object, and use the command 'disable'. Then, if the CORRECT object disappeared, use 'markfordelete'. If you disappeared the wrong object, type 'enable'. You'll have to do this every new game with every floating lamp. Make a save before you do this.

B) Make a custom patch, and edit the position of the lamp in Creation Kit.

The amount of patches when dealing with city mods can get a bit much.
