Is the dawnstar Museum crashing for anyone else?

I can't get in there at ALL it just auto crashes to the desktop as soon as I try

I have the same problem. Until the present last patch. When I started playing Skyrim with the AE update. I entered the house calmly. Made a quest. And kept Silus alive. Now that I wanted to visit his house. Every time. When I try to enter. The game just crashes to the desktop - no errors. - The impression is twofold: I am glad that I am not the only one. It's bad - that there is a mistake!

Do you mean after the SSE update, or did you buy the AE upgrade/bundle - because there is no such thing as an AE update (it is an optional purchasable upgrade) - there is just the SSE update(s). And this current issue with the CTD when entering the Dawnstar Museum just started as a result of the latest SSE update today, and hopefully it will be fixed soon - as posted, Bethesda is aware of the issue.

That is true - there have now been very many reports concerning CTDs at Kolbjorn Barrow. It is very important that all who have this issue report it to Bethesda - though they state they are aware of it, perhaps if enough people report these issues, they will move a little faster wit releasing a fix - these are not just minor glitches anymore - and though you can say, "just don't go there until it is fixed", that is hardly satisfactory - unless it is for a very short while.

They want all the new players to experience the joys many had when the game was first released 10 years ago.

So far those are the only ones that have been consistently posted about in the forum - but I am keeping my eyes open for any others that may seem to be connected to this current issue.

Even the Sinding's quest (Falkreath, i don't remember the right name) when i have the ring and i want to go outside the prison the game crashed

Make sure it's 100% reproducable and not caused by any mod / conflict.
