Seems like a couple of areas are breaking after the update yesterday. Same happens to me at the dawnstar museum and when you try to access Kojlborn Barrow.

Even the Sinding's quest (Falkreath, i don't remember the right name) when i have the ring and i want to go outside the prison the game crashed
Make sure it's 100% reproducable and not caused by any mod / conflict.
