Vampire Lord - No hatred
Hi guys!

I'm clueless. Is there any mod (On nexus or on other page) that removes the hatred (bounty, attack on sight etc) when transforming into vampire lord.

I was nearly 100% sure that "Better Vampires" mod has option for it. I used to play a lot of on legacy version and better vampires was the only mod overhauling vampires on my mod list. When I achieved vampire lord form I was shocked to learn that I got bounty in Whiterune cause of my vl form.

So back to the question - is there any mod that disable hatred or is there any config in better vampires or any other vampire mod? (I checked whole BV and nothing or am I blind?)

Does it have no hatred toward Vampire Lords?

And it is safe to install mid-game?

neutrals dont become hostile when ur blood starved "which is the 4th stage, ur gonna have to read the perks and stuff to understand but no i dont believe its safe to install mid game due to it adding items and changing alot of vampirism elements, but i could be wrong. u could always ask in the enairim discord server.

4th stage won't lead to aggro in SSE, but vampire lord form will.

I think there's a mod that allows you to be a vampire and support the dawnguard without being hostile to them. Perhaps there's a setting for be applied for neutral across the board. Sorry I don't have a link since never used it myself. Maybe try that?

When I get the chance I'll do a quick search and see if I can find it

edit: Found it, but I'm not seeing anything that would allow it to be applied outside of just Dawnguard, so Sacrosanct sounds like the best option. Just in case OP or anyone else is interested still, I'll post the link:

Ironically, "Better vampire mod" is actually trash in comparison to vanilla. Which is hilarious in itself. There are probably some mods that'll do what you want in the end. But that's how it work in vanilla. As it supposed to.

It's actually built into vanilla. You can both help dawnguard and become vampire lord. It depends on your actions around Serana before you ask her to bite you. If you acted like a very kind person the whole time she was around, she will refuse by saying "you are not that kind of person" and you will not able to become vampire lord anymore. Or you are that kind of person, and she will bite you.

Yeah, only after the questline though.

Good to know. As I understood it, Danwguard would still be hostile and tell you to find a cure or risk killing you, forcing you go the vamp route if you stayed vamp until the end when you can choose to blot out the sun or not.

If that's not the case, not really sure why the mod is still being used.

Downguard won't be hostile, since you can become vampire lord anytime you want unless Serana doesn't want you to become one. In mid questline, or completely after it. But that also mean, that you won't be able to change her mind about curing vampirism anymore. Since you took that chance, you won't be able to cure her because she sees you as example. And if you do cure her, she won't be able to bite you, so you will lose your chance to become vampire lord forever.

However, i am not sure what will happen if you cure yourself after you got bite from her.. I mean, the moment she bite you, the quest to cure will be activated, so that must be for a reason..

Serana's Mother can still turn you even if you convince Serana to get cured. You are never locked out of Vampire Lord no matter what choices you make. Simply rescue her (like you promised) and she will hang out in her lab and give you bloodcursed arrows and the ability to be become a VL an infinite amount of times.

I'll might do more research then to see the specific use of the mods then. My understanding was that the ability to turn mid-story was to allow the PC to change their mind who to support and be mid-story. Or become a Vamp Lord after the Dawnguard ending.

Either way, the whole point of leaving it was in case people were curious about it, and people are still apparently using it for something, whatever that is.

You can't change your faction, the option to go Vampire mid-story was the enter the Soul Carin where living beings cannot exist. You're still banished from the Castle, and you need to cure yourself afterwords to continue with the story anyway.

Perhaps the point of the mod then. Idk, and honestly not sure I entirely care since I won't use it anyway lol

I wasn't saying you get locked out of being a vamp (or wasn't trying to imply that). I just meant the mod apparently prevents any hostility from the Dawnguard faction, whihc I was hoping it might have a version that applied for all neutral NPCs like the OP wanted. checked, and it doesn't. Just simply left it in case others were curious about it sinc eit's still relavent for other vamp players.

That wasn't specifically to you, just anyone reading in general and Insane said "you will not able to become vampire lord anymore"

I feel a lot of people forget her Mom is still stuck in soul hell.
