[BUG] Healing sound effect playing non stop

Hello,

I'm now 54 hours into my game and recently a weird bug happened. I used the healing spell as I often did, but the ''chiming'' magical sound effect stayed even when I'm not casting or using the spell

When i'm wielding weapons (not spell); it still there.
I'm casually walking into a city; the sound effect plays nonstop.
I've closed the game, reloaded a previous save but nothing keeps me from hearing the damn sound all the time.

It is as if the sound file from the healing spell keeps playing nonstop, whatever I do in the game.

Does anyone know a fix ? It is really breaking my immersion and I feel like the only option would be to mute "Effects" sounds, wich isn't great.

Edit: I'm not using any mod, and it also stop when I'm playing at 3rd person (dezooming)

Load a save from before the bug started, and write off the time lost as one of those things.

Turns out that transforming into a werewolf fixes the whole bug, if anyone has the same problem as I !
