I'm tired of searching and searching for the sixth Control Cube. I've searched the entire location with the different water levels in each room. Any clues?

So, I've read this, I have 4 cubes, but I simply can't interact with the last pedestal. water level lowered all the way - dude is waiting by the cube (finally helpful), and I have one cube in my possession.....but completely unable to interact with it?
