Best to learn yourself, most mods are not very difficult to properly port either.
https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Porting_Skyrim_mods_to_Skyrim_Special_Edition
I have never done it, but from what I understand, simply loading many Oldrim mods into the SSE Creation Kit, and saving them again will convert the .esps to work with SE. I would look into the details of how to do that, as this is something I have only read about in passing.
See Appendix A .... Convert a mod from form 43 to form 44
There's written instructions and a video.

And then download Cathedral Assets Optimizer.
Open each mod you want to convert in Creation Kit, and just save it. If it had NPC's be sure to also place the FaceGen files generated by CK in their correct place.
Then use the Cathedral Assets Optimizer on the textures and meshes the mod may have, to convert them to SE.
If the mod has its assets packaged in .BSA files you'll need to extract them first. I use B.A.E. for that.
