1) You're currently experiencing problems with your own internet.
Or
2) The Bethesda server you have to connect to is experiencing problems or is currently down.
Either way, your only option really is to just wait and see.
If it persists for more than a day, then it's likely the 1st problem.
I thinking of using Vortex all this is just a fail with outdated mods and they are not even good

But this has been an age old issue.
Reinstalling the game. But I can see that might not fix it.
So close to actually start playing the game after 1.5 weeks of simply testing mods .... :(

Oh me too. 1000s of hours...
Mods adds a whole new layer of goodness. Plus I cant go back to vanilla hair do's !
Uninstalling it seems to have fixed it!
