Beyond Skyrim - Bruma | BSassets.esm is missing (Here's how to fix)
Just manually download and install Beyond Skyrim - Bruma, Beyond Skyrim - Assets and Beyond Skyrim DLC Integration Patch from nexus mods instead of letting it download via vortex or MO2.

For some reason it doesn't download the whole thing with larger downloads sometimes. (No idea why) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/10917?tab=files

That is a Nexus download issue, large files can on occasion not download.
You could try again or see if a VPN is interfering.
