Start with the "sqt" command. This will display a listing of all active quest IDs and quest targets. If it's a long list, depending on the number of active quests, scroll through the list with PageUp and PageDn. The quest targets may give you an indication if you have missed something. Also the "sqo" command may give you some indications. If you have found the quest ID you can use "getstage <questID>" or "sqs <questID> to get the status of quest stages. All console commands without the double quotations marks. Stages can be set to 0 (not completed) or 1 (completed). As not all stages in a quest will be completed depending on choices made by the player, focus on the last stage set to 1. Once you know the quest ID, look for the meaning of the quest stages (which stages have been set and which have not been set). If there is a bug in the quest, find the stage that completes the quest and use "setstage <questID> <stage#>".
Be very careful using console commands. Wrong command and your game is borked sooner or later.

Have you used SSEedit to find which quest stage that you need for that quest?
How to find quest ID: https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/rs5btd/how_do_you_get_quest_id_from_sseedit/
SSEedit: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/164
SSEedit is probably better to find and change mods quest stage in then using commands.
