Corkbulb Arrows.
Is the green globe a chance to paralyse or something else?

Can be forged using corkbulb root or purchased from Khajiit caravans
Have a 25% chance to paralyze the target for 4 seconds.

It makes a target paralyzed several seconds but not 100%
I fired corkbulb arrows 5 times and only once worked well in Fort Amol
