Skyrim Bones for a crow bug/glitch

When entering the tower the top floor has a quest marker but quest is unable to be completed due to do body to search just a skeleton with nothing on him, how can this be fixed without commands due to wanting achievements

Might be a bit late to this but. So far the only way to fix this is to use console commands.
Just type in player.placeatme FE02681C 1. It's the only way for him to spawn in, I'm sure you'll still get the achievement doing this.

I tried this and only got a reply in the console, "Item 'FEO2681C' not found for parameter ObjectID", which was then followed by the message, "Compiled script not saved!"

Wow - thank you sir. Quest was definitely bugged. Now I have some dragonbone armor I'll never wear lol. (Pure caster). Still it'll look good on a manequin.

I'm not sure because I used the eldergleam or the other mods
the same messange I got.
Don't know how to solved this problem :(
