However, the simple way to check this is to look in your racemenu download: the files for SE/AE should contain these files
RaceMenu.bsa
RaceMenu.esp
RaceMenuPlugin.esp
SKSE
-Plugins
--skee64.dll
--skee64.ini

If your download has the following, you have the Oldrim version of racemenu
