USSEP and Anniversary Edition
Does the Unofficial Patch that you get from the in-game mod section work with anniversary edition or do we have to still wait till it's updated?

Yes, mostly only SKSE requiring mods needed updating.
USSEP was updated to sync up with the 1.6 update to not override some fixes.
I suggest you pick up Garthands patches if you have any CC as well.

I never used SKSE, but will USSEP and Garthand's patches be all i need for bug fixes? And is Garthand's mod also in game?

You only need Garthamd's if you bought the upgrade thus have all the CC

Garthand's does not cover for example fishing

Is there a way to have mods while also allowing achievements on steam to be unlocked? I would just like to have the fixes, not anything special.

This is a 2 part install

part one is installed with mod manager
part two is a manual install

there are also requirements.

this mod will accomplish more than re-enabling the ability to earn achievements. in short your game will run better.

Thanks guys, I really wish this game got fixes in the anniversary update to where we wouldn't need patch mods. I'm surprised that Bethesda hasn't communicated with the USSEP team yet.

True. That said, modders have been the saving grace for this game for a long while.

They did contact the SKSE team to help them get a updated version.
I think they haven't because not all like USSEP, I don't know why, but some don't like
having a stable game that works.

they don't like the removal of exploits. Although they hide behind reasoning like "they change things they don't need to".

I don't have the mod manager for nexusmods, will the USSEP mod in the game itself be good enough to at least get rid of enough bugs in the anniversary edition until garthand is able to add his mod to the game?

The USSEP by itself is ok sure.

I'm a firm believer in having both but having the USSEP is of course better than nothing.

Ok awesome, I'd rather not have to download MORE things than necessary so I would like to keep the mods I download the ones you can get in game.
