Sens is really high, is there any way i can lower it further?

I got my sensitivity on the lowest option and it's still really high, is there console commands or something i can do in the files to lower it further?

The in game sens, like looking around

I've noticed that my mouse sensitivity in game is fine but in the menus, it's REALLY sensitvie, almost uncomfortably sensitive.

IIRC there's a "Look Sensitivity" slider in the in-game menu

Try this in SkyrimPrefs.ini file, located here:
Documents/MyGames/Skyrim Special Edition, find the [Interface]
change fMouseCursorSpeed=1.0000 to something lower, like 0.6.
If the above line isn’t in the config, you can add it yourself so long as you keep the proper formatting.

I use a controller so I don't mess with this much if at all
