Not sure how long you've played on this save game people who tcl too much and have fps over 60 often have very strange "occurrences" over time.
If the mod is constantly teleporting you to somewhere you don't want to be, then it's stopping you from playing, and a mod that stops you from playing needs booting into the recycle bin.
60fps though, you got me there, but given the choice to play Skyrim at 60fps or not to play it at all, I'd rather not play at all, so I'll live with it. I however will state that I doubt the over 60fps game is the cause of the issue, this is the first time I've seen this particular issue and I've been playing over 60fps for at least the last 4 years. Still, I won't discount it and I'll settle for that explanation and simply live with the consequence.
Which mod though?
iPresentInterval = 0
Actually yes I have -- it's on my current playthrough which is already clocking in at around 140 hours or so.
Now regarding this bug... I think I know have an idea what is causing it. It seems to have something to do with the stupid bug pets you get from the Saints and Seducers pack and the Nether's Follower Framework setting up home bases.
But I can't replicate the bug on demand yet so I am not 100% sure. But I think it has something to do with these two things. Further experimentation required.
If so, i highly doubt that mod is the issue. I use his house mods in every game and while it has been awhile since i've used that particular one (I prefer winterstone the most) I have NEVER had an issue with any of them. I will often combine three of them into a single "ultimate" castle as well and still never had an issue.
Can't say what the issue actually is, but i doubt the house is the cause.
It almost sounds like you have a mark and recall type of spell that is randomly firing. The type of spell where you place a "marker" and then cast the recall spell to teleport there from anywhere.
Believe me, I've been playing this game for a decade and this is the first time I ever ran into this problem.
I still haven't managed to isolate it, but I can tell you its' consistent. I have tried it on two separate runs now using similar build order, and the bug repeats in the exact same spots.
I've isolated three spots where the bug triggers.
The entrance of Moonstone *Castle (which is a modded area, yeah the Skyrimlazz mod)
The entrance of Riverside Cabin (which is also a house mod area)
The exit of Forelhost (which is a vanilla location, where a Dragon Priest is found)
The bug consistently triggers at these three spots without fail.
I don't know what exactly is causing it, at first I was thinking it was Nether's Follower Framework, which is the biggest mod I have that has some teleporting features going on. But I have some other mods that have teleport stuff going on like Better Dead Thralls, Apocalypse and Odin. So I haven't really managed to isolate the problem yet.
I am not using any other mods that specifically deal with teleportation.
I'll need to test further but got lazy. I don't really understand it. I tried checking the Papyrus log but it's all gibberish to me. :D
There's definitely some weird conflict in the mods I'm using that causes it.
Gut instinct tells me it's Better Dead Thralls, but really just a guess.

"With vanilla settings, game grants 1.2ms per 16.7ms frame for any scripts to complete itself. Frame time is naturally tied to FPS and given value is for 60fps. Higher values will cut down the frame time in progressive manner, so that it is only 8.35ms in 120fps. That does not leave a lot of time for game functions.
With 144hz and 144fps game would be left very little time to execute scripts.
Uncapping mods may solve Physics issues, but PapyrusVM still grants script time per frame.
So, yeah. Those solutions are not going to work well over long playthrough."
So, what is possible, even likely, is that what you are seeing is the fact that a script is not completing because you have the FPS exceeding 60, and Papyrus does not have enough time to execute it. But, at some later time, Papyrus DOES finish executing that script, and BAM! - straight back to where you are supposed to be when the script finishes.
And yes, this is one of the issues with exceeding 60 FPS.
