Trying to walk down this mission. Where do I find the note in the ratway? I obtained the dawnfang/duskfang but saw no note...

In the dungeon where you get Dawn/Duskfang there should be a note (on one of the skeletons I think) which leads you to a fort near Riften. If you fight through the fort you get another note telling you where the second sword is...

I'm think until you read the second note the sword doesn't spawn, and I also think the second note doesn't spawn until you read the first note.

The second sword has decent enchantments, but nothing as good as Dawnfand/Duskfang...

Bloodthirst is actually the better weapon, it doesn't require a set amount of kills to achieve full power, it's heath absorb is triple the strength and it slightly increases attack speed.
