Anniversary Edition Creation Lab Issues

When i log into the creation lab it is saying i have to purchase all of the content. I thought this was included with the anniversary edition. Can someone please help, i am new to the PC world and might be missing something extremely simple. And i have purchased the Anniversary Edition and own the Special Edition Skyrim.

Try making sure the DLC is enabled in the game properties.

In the Library page of your game, click the gear and select Properties. Click the DLC section and make sure the Anniversary Upgrade DLC is checked. If it is not, click the checkbox then relaunch the game.

Since the "DLC" is actually an unlock code the game will have to download the content when the game is launched.

All of the DLC is checked and installed, I tested to see if creation club was working by downloading the free content and all of that downloaded and installed properly. Side note- everytime I log into the game and click creation club it asks if I want to create a Bethesda account, which I already have and is linked with steam. There isn’t an option to just log in. I have to fill out all the info and it will say there is already an account associated with that email. Then it will let me log in. Could this be part of the issue????

If you already have a Bethesda account linked to your Steam account, try using its login info. It being linked to Steam should allow the DLC license to activate.

I am using my Bethesda account info to get into the creation club and it is still saying I have to purchase everything again. Does purchasing the anniversary edition give me free access to all the creation lab content?

Purchasing the AE add-on (there is no Anniversary Edition, per se, it is just SSE, or SSE with the AE Add-on) is what unlocks the additional CC content. If you just purchased SSE, you do not get that. You only get that addition content if you purchase the add-on or the bundle.

OP mentioned having the DLC active. Apparently they have some issue logging into their Bethesda account; perhaps they should contact Bethesda support directly.

Unless they are referring to the 7 included DLCs - there is a lot of misunderstanding of what is what.

But knowing Bethesda and their site - anything is possible; we see a lot of issues with people having problems logging in and other assorted problems.

Thanks for the help, I will try and contact Bethesda support. Other forums and posts are saying to look at the purchased tab in the creation club to download the rest of the content. When I do that the only content shown is the free stuff I have already downloaded.

That is probably the best idea, Druzez. Sometimes these issue straighten out after a day or so, and sometimes not - but putting a ticket in with Bethesda is the right thing to do.

Bonjour j'ai le même problème, je viens d'acheter le DLC anniversaire à 19.99 il est bien cocher dans steam, mais il ne s'installe pas et malgré une réinstalle cela est toujours absent, j'ai tous essayé réinstalle, contact support, sans réponse de toute façon ne réponde jamais trés décevant, vidé le cache, mise à jour steam app, supprimé des fichier pour refaire encore contrôle du jeu via steam le DLC n'est toujours pas installé et quand je lance le jeu pour l'obligé de ce mettre à jour il plante direct retour bureau ?? IMCOMPREHENSSIBLE
