The other thing, you should really at least install the Unofficial Patch, as it fixes literally THOUSANDS of bugs - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/266
And, if you still want achievements after installing the Patch, install Engine Fixes - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17230
and all its necessary requirements.
Plus, before you do a Clean Installation (if you even need to, which you may not) you can try validating the Master files:
