Like the warning says:
>>Warning: \character\behaviors\FNIS_FNISBase_Behavior.hkx not Skyrim SE compatible<<
You have a behaviour mod that is incompatible with SSE .... probably you may have downloaded an FNIS-based behaviour mod that was written for LE.

Any time you add or remove an FNIS mod, you MUST run 'GnerateFNISforUsers.exe'. Every time. You may not have done that with one or more that you added. If you reinstalled each mod, you need to run the executable for every one as you add them.

This doesn't directly apply to your incompatible animation, but in the long term, you should ALSO consider moving your Steam installation and games out of C:\Programs(x86) because of interference from Windows security programming.

The author of FNIS says "It is GENERALLY and STRONGLY recommended, that you DO NOT INSTALL any of Steam, Skyrim, FNIS in folders that are protected by Windows UAC (User Account Control). These are "C:/Program Files (x86)" or "C:/Program Files" (or their localized correspondents, e.g. "C:/Programme (x86)"). Use root folders like "D:\Games". This way you can avoid serious protection issues, especially when using Mod Managers" (quote directly from the modpage).

Actually no - you only need to run FNIS once after either action. So, if you remove 10 mods that require FNIS, you run FNIS one time after all the mods have been removed. If you install 10 mods, you run it one time after all ten have been added. And if you do a combination of removing and adding, again, you run FNIS after all changes have been made. You do not need to do this for each individual mod.

That has not been my experience. When I first started using FNIS, I installed 3 mods together, ran FNIS and started getting T-posing. It may have been my own inexperience, as this was when I first started using mods, and in particular FNIS. I reinstalled each of them and ran FNIS for each one. No more T-posing. I don't know if that was just something unrelated or not. But I have done it that way ever since. Same with uninstalling them. I run it each uninstall. Never had any issues since.

It should only need to be run once, as it updates all animation mods when run - so there was probably some glitch somewhere causing the issue. However, as long as a person gets things to work, however it is done, that is all that matters. If it doesn't work one way, then people should just try the other way - the main thing is the result.

And, good morning, Lady!

well i do run FNIS whenever i make changes, but im gonna just delete (and write down) all my mods. uninstall skyrim form steam, than delete all the clutter in my skyrim folder (making sure i dont delete my saves) than reinstall everything (after reading each mod VERY carefully).
