Thanks for another great imput timewaster. If you would simply answer the question instead of making jokes on my expense with ur fren over there my attitude would be totally different. Like when I talked with Knight.
You could, technically, enable/disable mods (only those with an ESPs) by removing the asterisk from the "Plugins.txt" document in Users/[Name]/AppData/Local/Skyrim Special Edition. Create a backup for each change.
