1. Go to your Steam Library and choose this game.
2. Then look over on the right hand side (lower LH corner) directly under "Achievements" where Steam shows your DLC
3. If you don't see the Skyrim Anniversary Upgrade then you don't have it installed.
and it sounds like you do not.
Also
Go to your Skyrim Special Edition Directory folder which is located
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition
open the folder then open the Data folder and you should see a long list of files
starting with ccbgssse and ccfe and ccvs in other words about 74 files starting with cc
Sounds like you do not have the content because when you first launch the game after purchasing the Creation Club DLC you are greeted with a prompt and once you click ok it takes a few minutes for it all to install. You would most likely remember that.
I looked in my local files like Vlad said but i don't have the 74 files with cc in it.
It's so annoying, feels like we are beeing scamed by toddy yet again
A VPN might fix it for some folks.
thanks guys
