Anniversary edition spinning wheel

The game was working 2 hours ago, but when steam did an update. I started the game up again and at the bottom right corner, a spinning wheel appeared and continues spinning and doesn't go away even after 10 minutes. Can't even get into the main menu- with the options to load the game, continue playing ect.

Unsure if its related.. I removed some mods after this to see if this fixed the issue, I sorted my load order using Loot, ran FNIS, closed the game, rebooted it up several times and uninstalled the game + reinstalled the game. The issue is still present. Unsure if anyone has experienced this or knows how to deal with this.

The game version is still the same as before - 1.6.353.0

The game caught in an infinite loading screen/launch usually means a mod is doing something it shouldn't be.

My advice, use a much smaller mod list and grow it gradually. When life gives you lemons, make some fresh lemonade, don't squeeze them dry :P

Did you run Loot through Mod Organizer and match your left hand pane to the right side Looted load order?
Did you do a clean install of skyrim getting rid of old mod installed details in the document files.
Did you unload all mods and start it as a vanilla new game .. then only adding a couple of mods at a time to see which mods are causing your issues.

As frustrating as modding can be going back to basics is a start.

I'm seeing a lot of animation mods. They wouldn't be hitting the animation cap would they?

Also:
1. "Dynamic Animation Replacer" is one generation old. Try the AE version.
2. Your using both "Ordinator" and "Adamant." Both of these edit skill trees and can conflict.
This also includes "Hand to Hand addon for Adamant."
3. The Nexus posts for "Seasons of Skyrim" indicate something about have Snowoverskyrim.esp enabled. Is this true in your case?

Thanks for all your help, installed the mods with MOD2 and sorted them and had creation kit fix error 43 on some mods and ran FNIS and don't have that problem anymore. Can now play the game without the glitch.

Also regarding the previous question.- I'm using the latest ENB version. enbseries_skyrimse_v0473
