Hmmm. Didn't realize you could to that. So, if he already gave the Jagged Crown to Ulfric, then that's the point of no return?
Yes. if I had the Jagged Crown I would be able to switch sides... But I've already delivered it to Ulfric :(
That is correct once you give it to the quest giver there is no going back. After all once you have the crown in your possession you are not required to return it to the original guest giver. So make sure you give it to the party you want to side with.
I found this out quite by accident during one of my game plays and have tried it several times to be sure it wasn't a glitch or bug.
You don't have a save for right after you got the crown. I usually save game when I pick up the crown and then I let the SC wonder what is up with it. LOL
