You can get quite the amount of summons through using it though. You get 2 with twin souls making one of them the Colosuss gives you 2 extra for a total of 4, in addition to them all regenerating health from its effect. If you have some High level necromancer robes, the ones added by this creation then you can have 5 summons up at once.
So even if it does require level 46, 5 regenerating undead seem pretty strong to me.
Dremora Lord is an expert spell, not a master one, and is starts getting sold at 65-70 conjuration. However to find it as loot you will likely need to be above character level 40. I do not think you can find master spells as loot.
I think you can find scrolls with Master-Level conjuring (Dremora Lord and such), as you can find Firestorm scrolls frequently.
Ah you are right, I do remember seeing Firestorm scrolls, though I did mean tomes.
Despite how powerful they are, Dremora Lords are only expert level. The only master level conjuration spells aside from the Creation Club are the Thrall spells, permanent summons.
With his level 24 character, he console commanded his conjuration to level 100. Bone Colossus was not in his inventory. He did the punch and reload trick 3 times. Nothing. He then started the conjuration ritual quest and console commanded it to be completed. Once more, punch and reload. The thrall spells was in his inventory, BUT the highest necromantic spells he got was Tomb Guardian and Skeleton Champion.
He then console commanded his Character Level to 46. Saved. Punched and reloaded. Still no master spells. Tried multiple times. Nothing.
He then console commanded his Character Level to 48. Saved. Punched and reloaded. The spells was FINALLY there. Punched and reloaded multiple times. The masters did show up, but not all the time and never together.
So apparently, the Necromantic Grimoire spells are based on Character Level and not skill level. I think I will be a demon summoner instead with the Conjure Dremora Lord spell and the Conjure Saints and Seducer spells.
