Help with NetScriptFramework

I get an error when launching Skyrim: File not found NetScriptFramework.SkyrimSE.1_6_353_0.bin
I do understand that they did not update this to the AE version so I would either have to downgrade to SE or remove NetScriptFramework. The thing is I do not know what mods require this, is there a masterlist of mods that require this so my game doesn't break?

Look under the "Requirements" section on the main mod page for Net Script Framework
then under the "Mods requiring this file"
