v0.469 is the latest.
However first you need an actual ENB from the Nexus, do some research on Youtube for ENB comparisons and settle for one you like based on how you want your world to look. Then read that chosen ENB page vigorously as it might say to use a specific ENB Version, if it states no specific instruction on which version to use, that's when you go and download v0.469 and install it
Skyrim 2020 Parallax just says to download the latest ENB from that website to enable the parallax effect, so I'm assuming it itself is an ENB.
You just need the two .dll files from it then go to nexus mods and search for an enb to your liking. Know enbs can eat your fps but having the game to look sexy is worth the fps drops. I personally like to use https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/35082 thou it has a big installment info to use it right and it's worth the trouble. Don't forget you'll enb helper to use enb's https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/23174
Skyrim 2020 Parallax by Pfuscher (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2347) says I need the latest version of ENB to enable the parallax effect. I have installed that, but now everything looks washed out.
The ENB page says this would happen if I didn't have any presets installed, but I assumed that the mod, since it mentions ENB being a requirement for the parallax effect, would have those presets. It clearly does not.
If I install the ENB you recommended, won't that just overwrite the modifications made by Skyrim 2020?
You'll need a preset.
If you don't want an ENB then there's a non-ENB option as stated in the mod description:
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/31963
I'll look into some presets, then, thank you.
Anyway, this whole ENB thing seems like more work than it's worth, at least for the moment (and for me). I'll just make do without any parallax effects. I'm sure I'll survive.
