Delvin won't buy my bee in a jar

I did the quest where you steal from the safe and burn the bee-hives and I got the Bee in a Jar from the second floor but Delvin won't give me a speech option to buy it from me. I just sold the honningbrew decanter just fine. Is there a fix to this or am I screwed?

he's not supposed to buy the bee in a jar. It's just a curio item. He rightly bought the decanter.

The bee in the jar has absolutely 0 use as the quest ment for it was cut so it's just a nice collectible item.
