Mind Control spiders are great fun!
One can craft them by combining an Albino Spider Pod and any soul gem, filled or not. Just turned the Whiterun Guard against the Battle-Born Family, so they're doing nothing but attempting to eradicate the Battle-Borns for the rest of the entire game. It feels... so good.

As well as this, used one on Nazeem and followed him. He's a bit cowardly, but, and you'll have to wait a bit for the guards to catch him, but it's highly enjoyable watching an entire town turn on somebody.

You'll only gain a 40 gold bounty for this.
