Derkeethus keeps attacking me
Bruh i have the black book where i can't harm my followers this dude is beating me to death and i like the argonian please help

I got ganked by jaree-ra when i first entered Solitude, i mean really first time, he started waving that dagger like possessed during the execution, maybe `tis a lizard thing ?
Or maybe just skyrim being skyrim, bugged as usual.

You have probably a bounty or something .... and yes there's a bug in which the game THINKS you have a bounty without having one. I had several times the whole of Riverwood got aggro without a reason.

If you he is following you too get out of the place he was in he is not a follower. If you already accomplished that and recruited him. Well the only thing I can think to do is run away.Run, until combat ends. Zone to some interior save and quit game. Find a guard and punch them, pay the 40 gold and see if that helps.
