Weird frostbite bug?

So this has literally just started happening today i haven't installed any new mods recently but sometimes when I load up a game, the frostbite spell randomly started coming out of my characters head? i don't even have that spell yet, i started a new game and it happened again and it also teleported me to the sleeping giant inn? before it happened in the inn at ivarstead. I tried to exit and it carried on happening. My hands were free it was like it was coming out of my head please help i have no idea what it is

so are you absolutely sure you don't have any manually-installed mods in it? Second of all, try loading separate game saves and try to fast travel somewhere

i tried that and yeah i'd only manually install a texture mod no esp mods, I've ended up deleting a few mods on vortex and it seems to have fixed it so far
