HALP

[Tumbleweed Tea]

Okay so after several hours of gameplay with several succesful game startups, my game crashes on Bethesda logo loading.

Any advice? I really want to play with those mods.

Where did you get complete alchemy and cooking from? post the exact nexus link. same with wearablelantern.

btw, you don't need the modernbrawlfix as it's included in enhanced blood

Edit: do you use loot? if so did you check there?

I thought Loot is included in Vortex? But i dont use Loot like a standalone... I have it sorted by Vortex + a little touch for some mods (like placing patches and addons after their master mods)
Edit: Lanterns is 4.0.3 version and CACO 2.0.1

OK no problem on the two mods. So now you have to make sure SKSE64's version matches the versions of wearable lanterns and CACO

as far as my Loot comment, you are correct. that said I still use loot for the extra more detailed info that can many times be useful. for example when it sees modern brawl fix and enhanced blood textures in the same load order. There are times I will cross check between Vortex and Loot but not so much lately as they usually match. Not to mention the times where we simply have to place a mod where it goes best with our load order.

I have SKSE downloaded yesterday. 2.0.19
How do i check if it matches those versions?

also are you always launching SKSE64 from the same location? Meaning either from Vortex and/or from a desktop shortcut. I say that because in Vortex you'd click on the 3 vertical dots next to SKSE64 in Tools and make sure "Primary" is ticked. (I'm describing this from memory).

(I also have SKSE64 Help in both my SSE Help Guide and a more detailed section in my SKSE64 Help guide. The latter shows some detail on checking files.)

I always start it from skse desktop.
Okay ill try to download it. But how is it not the latest version of SKSE when its on their own site. I mean SKSE.silverlock.org ... like where can i even get SKSE 2.0.8
EDIT: I just realized that 2.0.19 is the latest version (facepalm)

Okay so i installed those updates for CACO and uninstalled wearable lantern fix for MCM and the only error left is for Fuz-ro-doh 61. I tried to download those optional files there (Alternate silent voice) but it still persist. I have no idea where to find a good version.

Okay so i did it all and Vortex no longer gives me error report but the game still crash on Bethesda logo... like in halfway through it. Any help? :(

Okay so update, I managed to find out that Simply knock mod was causing this trouble and i got into menu! YAY, now just hope this kerffafle is over. Also i would like to thank you a lot. Without your guidance i would probably just rage uninstall it all and dont return for years since it always takes like 3 days to install and manage it all and it already leaves me terrified, traumatized and entirely brain damaged with anxiety. THANK YOU!
