Hearthfire Materials
I know Hearthfire is universally considered the weakest of the DLCs, and it is, won't lie, but I still love what it adds. The built homes are really nice, Falkreath's Lake View Manor being my favorite of the player homes. There's one issue I always come up to though, I can never remember how many of each resource I need.
For lumber, I typically just go to a mill and purchase lumber 30 times, typically enough for 1 home, if I recall.
Clay and Quarried Stone are easy, just go AFK for a bit while mining (save first, don't want to come back and find a random wolf of all things killed you, maybe have a follower with you), and boom, never have to do it again, deposits near all the homes.
Straw, Glass, and Goat Horns, Goat Horns are usually the only one that give me any sort of grief, it feels like the merchants never restock them, and wild goats never drop them (obviously that's hyperbole, they just never drop enough of them for me), but overall these resources aren't that bad.
Now the big one, Iron, Steel, and Corundum. I know you need an absolute butt-load of iron, most of it ingots, some of it ore, can never remember how much (most of it for making nails and such, not so much the ingots themselves). Steel and Corundum, I know you need a lot less than iron, but exactly how much I can never remember.

And there's the extra little things like Shrine Materials and whatnot, but those I never worry too much about, they come when they come. The other 3 metals are my big concern.

I looked for Steam Guides that give the material requirements for the various house extensions and furniture, maybe how much they'd cost, without speech perks, but found nothing, anyone got anything that could help?

To Fully build a large home you need 366 logs, 582 nails(59 ingots), 51 iron fittings(51 ingots), 39 iron ingots, 42 hinges(21 ingots), 27 glass, 8 steel ingots, 3 gold, quicksliver and moonstone ingots, and 48 clay.

You need a total of 170 iron ingots, or 240 ore.

To furnish the house you also need 48 leather stips, 6 deer hides, 3 grand soul gems, 9 large antlers, 6 horker tusks, 24 slaughterfish scales, 6 mudcrab chitin, 273 quarried stone, 3 goat hides, 9 goat horns, 9 wolf pelts, 6 saber cat teeth, 3 saber cat snow pelts, 9 locks, and 9 straw.

There are few more things outside but they don't take much.

That first link is about what I needed, and has links inside it for the rest.
