Vortex actually has Loot built in to it's code, meaning that "technically" you don't even need to download Loot. Regardless of which mod manager you are using this error can occur.
As to the error itself.
A cyclic interaction is when 2 mods are set to load after each other based on LOOTs masterlist. Example: load A after B", but also "load B after A". or similar "contradictory sorting rules".
You either open the link (if using vortex) and for example flip rules.
OR
Back out of the original message then Go to the mods(s) in question and use the dropdown and change the rule
OR you could open Loot and edit the metadata of the esp’s themselves (3 dot, edit, change group).
Bottom line: nothing wrong with using either Vortex or MO2 as they are both excellent mod managers. A simple matter of choice.
