cant walk fast
All of a sudden unless I hold shift, I walk like I am overweight. It was never like that before. I tried restoring controls incase I hit something, but that didnt help. I cant hit alt to sprint. I have 225/300 weight. I dont know what I did.

You can try and press caps lock, since that's the default button to change movement action(run/walk).

Lol, you have Caps lock on.

Not necessarily - certain actions that temporarily take control away from the player can mess with the toggle, inadvertently making 'walk' the default.

Example: an NPC initiates a conversation while you're holding the [Shift] key down. Unless you continue to hold the key throughout the entire conversation, you'll end up walking everywhere until you figure out what's going on.

Quick fix:
  1. Toggle walk/run
  2. Open the journal-menu-thing
  3. Hit the toggle again.
The game will ignore the second toggle and you should be able to carry on as normal.

Caps lock toggles run/walk. Shift allows you to run/walk as long as you hold the button. Check your controls in the setting menu to make sure you didn't accidently map the walk/run toggle to another key if the caps lock is not working.
