In the original Skyrim, shadows would move every 20 seconds, it was a very jarring jump. With Skyrim Special Edition, shadows are set to constantly updated with the sun's position. The reason it seems to be moving so fast is because by default 1 real minute equals 20 game minutes. If you want the shadows to move slower, get a mod that slows the time scale down (I have it at 1 minute real time equals 10 minutes in game and it works great).

Nah i mean is this normal? Cause when i watched others ppl videos it's seems like no one had this problem. Yeah i know it was jumping, but it's just seems a bit strange why shadows working like that, non stop flickering.

The flickering effect is the resolution of the shadows, trust me the original was much worse. The main cause of that flickering effect is the game attempting to render shadows for each and every branch on the tree that is casting that shadow, but the resolution is too low/shadow too blurred to really display that much detail. If it isn't already, try raising the shadow quality option in the launcher.

Yeah i did that, this is ultra shadows. This is why it's weird. The original skyrim was way worse especially when it was moving. I mean is it moving the same way to everybody? Even on ultra? There is no diffrence on 2048 resolution and 4080 at least for me.

That's just how they act. It's not a problem. There's nothing wrong wtih the shadows in your game.
