Broken textures in Whiterun after fast travel.
Yes. After travel to Whiterun, all textures are broken... I haven't mods installed, so the game is vanilla. If you want see some images, go to my profile.

Graphic card: AMD RX 470 8GB (no temperature problem)
CPU: Athlon X4 860k 4GHz
RAM: 2x4 GB DDR3 2133 mhz G-Skill Ripjaws
The game is installed on my SSD.
Windows 10 x64

Someone getting the same problem?

PD: I play @max settings, except shadow distance, 2k resolution.

I've had this recently, textures on objects like the ground and houses are not being drawn. I had to quit and re-open the game for it to fix itself. Happened in whiterun too

Had it in Whiterun too. Fixed it the same way as Error - restarting the game. Have only had it twice so far.

This happens on Old Skyrim, Fallout 3, Fallout NV and Fallout 4. It's a problem with the game engine. As Error Said, restarting the game fixes the problem. It happens a lot on Fallout 4, and I've seen it "Modestly" on Skyrim SE, normally a random object didn't render in, but for me not an entire town. Likely related to Memory. When this happens it's often the game has a memory hickup in a way, some objects will keep their long drawdistance rendering and not convert as you close distance with the objects. It's annoying and thats about it. I've noticed it on Fallout 3 a few times in the past as well. But..

In fallout 4 the problem is even worse... Random rainbow textures in random objects. I uninstalled the game after 680 hours because I didn't solve the problem. So... No fix for this?

Only fix I think is: Not use fast travel :/

I've only had it happen once, and I fast travel from and to whiterun all the time, what's your frequency like? Is it every time you travel there?

Nope, sometimes. Not always. For me, restart the game to solve the glitch is uninmersive

Yeah it is really immersion breaking haha. Is it only whiterun? I've been fast traveling to a lot of places and it's only happened on WR for me

Yeah, Whiterun only... Weird. I don't know what to do. Seems like I'll walk a lot (I won't use fast travel anymore if the glitch persists)

What is your graphic card/CPU and RAM?

If I were to guess I'm guessing there's an issue with buffering the textures. It's possible you may have run out of vram or that your hard drive is not catching up. Perhaps even it has to do with enabling triplebuffering or something. Try playing around with those settings and see what happens. My guess is as good as anyone else though :P

I had it too earlier today ... reload didn't fix it had to go to the desktop to fix it.

My setup I7 4790, GTX980, 16 GB ram playing from ssd ... don't think it a hardware issue just the game that is lazy lol.
