Sure you're not talking about original Skyrim? Alt + Tab in SE works fine for me.

Cool story, alt-tabs flawlessly here.
I use BorderlessWindowed.exe I have no idea where I downloaded it though.
I tried borderless window, actually my game was stuck in it for the longest time regardless of what that checkbox in the launcher was set at. What I hate about the bordlerless window solution is I have to run my desktop to the same resolution I run the game at. Which is irritating to change back and forth as I change games and browse the web.
