How to use MO on Skyrim Special Edition?

Does anyone know how to use MO on Skyrim Special Edition without delete original Skyrim? Also can the mods on original skyrim install into Skyrim Special Edition?

NMM hasn't affected the base game fore ages, the mod install works differently then MO but both are still virtual.

yea even if you can make MO to work, i wouldnt suggest using it in future, even if it was my main mod organizer for some time. reason is, it wont be developed anymore. instead developer is on nexus team now, and hopefully will just improve NMM.
